Materials such as MC3, MC5, MC6, 70CrNiMoV, 70Cr3Mo, 86CrMoV7, 9Cr2Mo, 9Cr3Mo, YM8, 45Cr4NiMoV, 5H12, 5Cr2MoV, and GCr15SiMn are used to produce rolls, which are divided into three main categories: (support rolls, work rolls, intermediate rolls). Specifications can range from φ120mm to φ1000mm in outer diameter and up to 6000mm in length. Roll blanks are uniformly heated using a gas furnace. After forging, they undergo strict processes including hydrogenation, normalizing, and spheroidizing annealing. After high and low magnification inspections, the rolls are delivered after surface flaw detection. Cold rolling rolls are used for rolling plates, strip steel support rolls and work rolls, as well as section steel rolls and straightening rolls.

The six high-alloy, high-wear-resistant materials (YLL01, YLL02A, YLL02B, YLL03B, YLL03C, YLL07A) were all independently developed by our company. YLL01 is the first material of its kind produced domestically. It is smelted using a vacuum degassing electroslag remelting furnace, undergoes a special forging process and preliminary heat treatment, and is tempered using specialized heat treatment equipment to ensure uniform temperature and hardness, as well as a deep hardened layer. After our special process, the chain-bucket tooth hardness reaches HRC:57-62, and the internal spline assembly hardness reaches HRC:25-30, achieving the hardness standard of 'soft inside, hard outside'. Customer feedback has been excellent, and we have established a strong reputation in China. Our company uses different materials according to different mineral qualities to meet customer needs.
