They have been widely used in the manufacturing of machinery and molds, and some products have replaced imports with remarkable results. The high-hardenability, high-strength alloy steel is particularly suitable for producing products that undergo quenching and tempering with surface quenching. The depth of the surface hardened layer can reach 10-30mm, and the surface hardness can reach HRC55 or higher. This is especially suitable for parts requiring a deep hardened layer. Due to its high wear resistance, the service life is significantly improved compared to traditional carburizing processes. The YB and YC series products are suitable for manufacturing hot work dies, with a quenched hardness of HRC37-52, high strength and toughness, and wear resistance. The grade can be selected according to the application.
