Our sprocket products are available in six primary material grades: (YLL01, YLL02A, YLL02B, YLL03B, YLL03C, and YLL07A). All six of these high-alloy, highly wear-resistant materials have been independently developed by our company. Among them, the YLL01 material is the first of its kind to be produced domestically. It is smelted using a vacuum degassing electroslag remelting furnace and undergoes a special forging process as well as a preliminary heat treatment. The tempering process is carried out using specially designed heat treatment equipment to ensure uniform temperature and hardness, with a deep hardening layer. After undergoing our specialized processes, the hardness of the sprocket teeth reaches HRC 57-62, while the hardness of the internal spline bore after assembly is HRC 25-30—achieving the desired hardness profile of soft core and hard outer surface. Customers have reported outstanding performance, and our products have earned an excellent reputation throughout China. Based on different mineral compositions, we select appropriate materials to meet the specific needs of our customers.
