Their hardness can reach HRC58-62, ensuring that the entire roller cutter exhibits strong physical and mechanical properties. The cutter rings are produced using a fully enclosed, gas-protected, automatically controlled electroslag remelting furnace, which significantly reduces non-metallic inclusions, enhances compositional uniformity, and minimizes segregation. For forging, the rings undergo multiple upsetting and drawing processes followed by ring rolling to ensure a high forging ratio and superior internal quality. Our company employs a vacuum heat treatment quenching process, resulting in fine grain structure and uniform hardness.
